用途：

袋中袋生產(chǎn)線是源于現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)需要而開發(fā)的一組生產(chǎn)線，其**終工作目的是把小袋包裝機所生產(chǎn)的成品按定量方式裝入大袋的包裝袋中，然后封合成成品。此生產(chǎn)線可以為企業(yè)減少大量的生產(chǎn)工作人員， 大幅度提高生產(chǎn)效率，降低了企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)成本。

袋中袋生產(chǎn)線由以下幾步驟實現(xiàn)

風力除塵輸送機——小袋提升輸送機——儲料過渡斗和振動輸送機——小袋供料提升機——多頭電子秤和不合格組合產(chǎn)品回收——包裝機供料提升機——水平包裝機——稱重選別稱 。

Usage

The production line invented base on modern production requirement , the final purpose is to put the finished products produced by the small bag packaging machine into large bags in a quantitative way, and then seal the finished products.The production line can reduce a lot of workers ,enhance productivity ,thus reduce factory production labors.

Production line is implemented in the following steps:

Wind dust removal conveyor-small bag elevating conveyer-the storing transition bucket and vibrating conveyer-small bag feeding elevator –multi-head combination electronic scale and unqualified products recycling –packaging machine feeding elevator –horizontal packaging machine –weighing sorting machine .
