清洗液的加熱為自動加熱方式，通過溫度控制儀設定清洗溫度，控制蒸汽調節(jié)閥的開啟量來限制蒸汽的量從而使清洗液維持在所需溫度.

CIP液罐內液位的高低采用自動報警并指示，清洗液濃度不夠通過隔膜泵自動添加。

The clening solution is heated automatically. The cleaning temperature is set by the temperature controller.and the opening of the steam regulating valve is controlled to limit the amount of steam so as to maintain the cleaning solution at the required temperature

The liquid level in CIP liquid tank is automatically alarmed and indicated . If the concentration of cleaning solution

is insufficient,it will be automatically added through the  diaphragm pump.
